What is the selection process?▼

Our process includes: 1) CV review, 2) Initial phone interview, 3) Technical/specialized interview, 4) Leadership interview, 5) Offer. The full process takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you offer opportunities for recent graduates?▼

Yes, we have internship programs and junior positions for recently graduated talent with a passion for electric mobility and sustainability.

What work arrangements do you offer?▼

Depending on the role, we offer on-site, hybrid, and remote arrangements. Operational and technical positions are mostly on-site, while technology roles and some administrative areas can be remote or hybrid.

Do you provide EV technology training?▼

Absolutely. We invest heavily in the continuous training of our team in electric vehicle technology, telemetry, and industry best practices.

How long does it take to hear back?▼

We are committed to reviewing every application within 7-10 business days. If your profile is selected, our HR team will get in touch with you.

Do you have an international presence?▼

We currently operate in Mexico and Colombia. For remote positions, we consider talent from both countries depending on the role.
