Your reward: when the client signs the contract and makes the first payment, you receive a reward equal to 1 month's rent of a vehicle included in the FaaS contract.

Receive Your Reward
When the client signs the contract and makes the first payment, you receive the equivalent of 1 month's rent of a vehicle from the contract. Payment within 30 business days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Conditions
- • A reward is only paid if the sale closes and the client pays the first installment of the FaaS contract.
- • The reward is only paid if the contract is signed for a minimum of 24 months.
- • The reward equals only the value of 1 month's rent of one vehicle included in the closed contract.
- • Payment is made within 30 business days after the client's payment is confirmed.
- • If the contract does not close or the client does not pay, no reward payment obligation is generated.
Independent Relationship
- • People participating in this program will not be considered employees or agents of MOVE.
- • The participant acts independently and does not represent MOVE before third parties.
- • MOVE is not responsible for agreements, promises, or representations made by the referrer to the client.
Tax Obligations
- Mexico: The participant must provide a valid RFC and issue an electronic invoice (CFDI) for fees. The participant is responsible for their tax obligations.
- Colombia: The participant must provide a current RUT. Legal withholdings will apply as appropriate. The participant is responsible for their tax obligations.
- • Payment may be subject to local taxes under the legislation of Mexico or Colombia.
Personal Data Protection
- • Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation in Mexico (Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data) and Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012).
- • The referred client's data will be treated confidentially and only for legitimate business purposes.
- • The participant declares having obtained the referred client's consent to share their contact details with MOVE.
Program Modifications
- • MOVE reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, publishing updates on this page with 15 days' prior notice.
- • Referrals made before any modification will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of the referral.
Jurisdiction
- Mexico: These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
- Colombia: These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá.
